Future of Us on August 27, hosted an unforgettable evening of laughter, learning, and community bonding. Led by our Organizing Manager Tori Westenberg, we dove into the rich cultural history of Tibetan momos. Participants enjoyed a hands-on experience, guided by our Advocacy & Policy Manager Tenzin Choesang and his mother, mastering the art of making these delicious dumplings. From rolling the dough to steaming perfection, everyone left with full hearts and inspired tastebuds.
